Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. Institutional accounts are intended for professional subscribers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation

Access to briefings and the interactive terminal may require a paid subscription. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the then-current billing period. Fees are exclusive of taxes. We may adjust pricing or packaging upon notice.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
• No reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or interference with the Services.
• No redistribution of subscription content outside your licensed seat.
• Comply with carrier and CTIA guidelines for all SMS communications.

4. Customer Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant Beacon Macro a license to process Customer Data to provide and improve the Services. Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including research content, software, documentation, designs, and trademarks. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

6. SMS Program (Macro Research Briefing & Threshold Alerts)

By opting in to SMS, you consent to receive recurring transactional SMS messages from Beacon Financial Corp (operating as “Beacon Macro”) regarding two event-driven notification types:

• Briefing Publication Alerts: a notification when a new macro research briefing to which you are subscribed is published and delivered to your dashboard.
• Threshold-Cross Alerts: a notification when a macroeconomic indicator you have configured in the terminal crosses a saved threshold.

Message frequency varies based on briefing publication cadence and triggered threshold events. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. Opt-Out of SMS

You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message you receive. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will process it immediately, cease sending SMS messages, and send a confirmation message. You may resubscribe by replying START.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND RESEARCH CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Research content does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Beacon Financial Corp AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The courts of Massachusetts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
